Welcome to the Whidbey Book Groups blog and website. Our goal is to encourage and inspire book groups to discover new reading adventures and share those with others. The Website has been created for the All Island Book Gathering. We will start it with the 2008event. Please use this website to make comments on the gathering and suggest books during the year. We know everyone is busy, but this is a good way for all of us to communicate about what is going on with our book groups throughout the year. It is also where we will post the date and location of the 2009 event towards the end of the year.

Our hope is by having the website for you to visit, we will be able to limit the amount of emails we send, and have a central point of communication.
